I am on day 8 post-operative. I dont feel any pain and also sensitivity of the gland is normal. But after ercetion in the morning i find little bleeding in the incision area. Is it normal ?

That is reported by many guys and is caused by the stretching of your erection. Unless the bleeding is heavy or will not stop then that is OK. If you are at all worried, consult your doctor.
