Hey guys, so i had my circumcision 28 days ago. I just noticed that the color of the penis is super different than my skin, like it is a bright pink and very distinguishable. Will it become lighter? or will it remain the same color?

Hi Mister, not been circumsied but imagine it was painful. Hope things get back to normal then you can have cock fun again. I had phimosis and had to strech my foreskin each day so as it's quite small (the foreskin) it retracts like being circumsised, I like it that way at the minute. Well, the head of your penis is a different type of skin that your foreskin. It is loaded with nerves and sensors and altogether has a different function. It will always be more pink than normal foreskin. Remember, that is a sensory organ. It has a function, just like your tongue.

Over time it will become more brown. The process is called keratinization. It's the same process that makes your wounds dry up and change a darker color. I am guessing with colored people as opposed to light skin or white people, the scars are darker.
