My main concern is the front bit underneath that keeps bleeding can't remember what bit they call it it seems to catch the most when I move and walk

Looks like it’s healing well. No sign of infection or redness. Are you in any discomfort?

Na mate none whatsoever walking about fine been out to the shops and stuff just was worried about the slight smell around the stitches and the small bit of bleeding at the front

For the bleedings there’s a nice trick my doc gave me.Get some gauze patches and put that on the bleeding site for 10 minutes it should stop the bleeding .

The swelling is easy to get rid of too , this you need to do for 2 weeks :

Get tight briefs , wash your penis and apply FUCIDIN or FUSIDIC ACID, cover it with gauze and keep it in upwards to limit movement ( that helps the swelling superbly ) and it gets rid of bruising too if you have .

Your doc should have recommended you FUCIDIN to apply for 7 days , 3 times a day to avoid infections during the recovery time ( VERY IMPORTANT ) . A thin amount is applied over the scarline and over the sutures area .

Take vitamin C 2000mg per day for 10 days / Vitamin E too , if you smoke stop it completley.

No masturbation or sex for 4-6 weeks , the best recommendation is 8-10 weeks , you need to let the guy recover properly .

Wash your guy with intimate shower gels or washing emolients , don’t use normal shower gels and other things that contain 100 ingredients .

After you are done with the fucidin or fusidic acid on the 7 days , start applying BIO OIL on the entire circular scarline and the new exposed skin , plus the head , you just take a bit on your thumb and then rub it gently and let the skin absorb it .

That will recover the skin look , elasticity and help you with the oversensitivity .

After 3 weeks you can layoff the briefs and go to normal boxers , you need to keep applying bio oil as long as it’s necesary 2 - 3 times a day .

Best thing to be totally safe is women's intimate wash gel , or emolient wash .

Looks good for me. A nice round cut.. I guess it’s a free hand surgery. Surely it will look Better and better as you move with time. Please be patient my friend. Good news is on your way.

Just been to the chemist the fella said it's ok to use savlon and germolene on the wound is that correct or should I just keep with salt water bathes and vasolene got no pain or discharge still have a bit of the smell a couple of hours after washing it
