I actually feel a bit better the day after I drink wine (not the whole bottle obviously :)). It is like the pressure inside my head is diminished and I feel like before the VM. However different people reacts differently.

I feel great whilst drinking but horrendous the next day

Someone said that this slows down the recovery and I’d not advisable

I am don’t drink in the week but we enjoy a meal out and drink when feeling well enough at the weekends

I just wondered if it’s slowing down my recovery

I’m 8 weeks post treatment finishing for VZ VM and have had a couple of glasses of wine over the past couple of weeks. I have stopped drinking again as found that the morning after I was feeling more depleted energy wise. Given energy mgmt is key for me at the moment I decided i’m better off without alcohol at the moment.

There is another good thread on this that I hope you found on here. Too long of post for me to redo. I have to be really careful with alcohol too and sometimes complete no no

No I didn’t find the thread , can u show me ?

I found out the hard way ! Drinking is a no no unless U like pain 😂

The head ache is painful , I was sick , and felt terrible the whole day , didn’t get out of bed and still feel bad two days later it’s really not worth it 🤢
