Oh totally! Its like my eyes can't move quick enough or my brain can't process it fast enough. I hate these trailer montages they flit from 1 clip to the next so fast it hurts and I have to look away.
Struggle with noise, light, ocerstimuli bug time.
Trying to do pacing and quiet brain rest every hour for ten minutes to see if that helps. Xx
yes, in starting it was same like this. but with time it got better (but not fully cured). its been 9 months. but still problem in watching videos, following storyline, focusing issues, sensory overload, extreme fatigue etc.
Yep sensory overload causes brain fog awful

Yes, especially when I'm over stimulated. I don't realize it until my brain starts feeling funny and I try to talk. It's a NO GO. I have to separate myself to somewhere quiet and sometimes take a nap in order for my brain to reset. Depending on the how overstimulated I am depends on how long it takes me to recover.
I'm 5mths post VM and still have this.i try to avoid areas that I know will be overstimulating.
I suggest..find a quiet space, no distractions, and Rest.

No. My head started to feel a little tight. My speech would slur until I couldn't get a word out. When I was able to leave the overstimulated situation my head started to feel better. My speech slowly got better. My sensitivity to light and sound got better as well.
Boy SimplyShanell you have described my overstimulation to a tee. Has anyone tried traumatic brain injury therapy/rehab?
No one in Oz knows anything about it
