viral meningitis at the age of 14 am now 25 never informed about any after affects please help??

hello great people iam george valdez 25 years old and was diagnosed with viral meningitis at the age of 14 on easter of the year 2006 and fell into a coma for 3 days. i was not informed of after effects but have always been worried .after the illness i recover'd slowly .could not walk for 2 or 3 days if i can remember clearly. i didnt feel the same for some reason but was not warned of after affects . i got back to my life as normal but didn't notice i was affected with after effects as normal is i got back to doing what i loved best physical activitys but oh boy when i was through being active and as i was being active i would get tired fast but i kept pushing it as the man iam. after activitys i would feel nautious dizzy and vary bad mind granes that made me barf . this lasted up until about 16 years old because i have not been able to no longer gain the mental andphysical strength to keep working out . i am 25 years old now and am varyworried about my health the effects still seem to linger and i cant do much in life without somthing dragging me down .am i still being under after effects long term possibly life lasting .my body seems too be getting more weak??? i also feel it did attack my nervious system because i believe it interupted my growth spirt , i have no beared and am getting curious about my growth did it affect it??? can sombody please explain???thanks
