I hate health anxiety! I think that every single pain is this😭 I've been suffering with headaches x

Shannon I think this is the second post that you have made on this forum. When I click on your profile I also see that you have made many posts on lots of other forums as well - cardiac, pain, anxiety etc. You are not helping yourself but using healthunlocked because, you are reading the symptoms that others are experiencing, then convincing yourself that every headache or chest pain is an indication of something serious. You know you have health anxiety which sounds like it is bordering on psychosomatic experiences as well. You need to get yourself referred for long term psychotherapy such as CBT to help you find ways of managing your anxiety. I would also advise that you leave HealthUnlocked because I think it is making things worse for you by helping you to interpret a twinge or pain to be something serious.
