Hello Brandi, I was diagnosed with TB meningitis in 2008. The only essential oils I find beneficial is lavender oil to help me sleep. I'm open to suggestions to keep me alert once I am awake though 😊
They may help, but I think the best thing is to plan a day with rest intervals and a have a healthy diet with,very little alcohol, hope you feel better soon
