Hi,

My Carer’s allowance has finished due to reaching 66yrs old.

My state pension has never started. Despite several phone calls.

How can I escalate this? Please.

Thanks Ruth.

Please see the information I have found on the Gov.uk website :-

Visit gov.uk/claim-state-pension-... to claim online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call 0800 169 0154 (textphone 0800 169 0254) for a helpdesk to help you through the process if you have any problems online.

If you continue to have further problems you could also contact

The link below also has some good signposting to organisations that specialise in the area of your enquiry:-

citizensadvice.org.uk/debt-...

I hope this is some assistance to you.

Kind Regards
