PE With Joe Wicks Is Back!

Just thought I would post to let everyone know that PE with Joe is back.

If some of you don’t know what this is, it is a man called Joe Wicks who delivered PE sessions online during the first lock down last year, he is now back delivering sessions 3 times a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am, here is a link to where you can watch these and join in - m.youtube.com/c/TheBodyCoac...

Hi Ryan, I’ve heard a lot about his sessions, are they physical disability friendly? I’d have to be able to do things while sat down.

Thanks for the update as well I will tell my sister as I think my two nieces both did his videos as part of their schooling.

That is very good question. I have to admit I have tried a few of these and I found them very hard (and I thought I was quite fit).
