Hello

It must be very hard for you at the moment. Are you getting any help from friends, family, neighbours or social services? Perhaps they could get some shopping for you?

The Gov't advice is that people with severe asthma can register as vulnerable. do you think that your sister's asthma would count as severe?

As you are a carer it would be worth checking with your local council if there is any support where you live. I know that there can be a lot of support locally.

You may also be able to get support from your local carers centre. They support people who care for other people. Google the name of the town you live and 'carers centre' and it will say if there is one near you. They may still be offering support over the phone and via email (they won't be seeing anyone face to face at the moment).

Please let us know how you get on.

Best wishes

Sarah
