I've been watching live animal webcams, here's a list

We've also been listening to these David Walliams stories.

I'd love hear what other people have found to do. 😊

Hello. I hope you are able to find some good tv. I have watched a lot of Disney films over the last few weeks. They wouldn't be my first choice, but they are something the whole family can watch without arguing. I have to admit that I sometimes fall asleep.

I'm sorry that you are suffering with anxiety. Have you seen Anxiety UK - anxietyuk.org.uk/ . They have some really good support for coping with lockdown (and everything else!).

Best wishes

Sarah

That's sounds very grand. I hope it is going well. I think we are all being a bit more adventurous with technology.

Swing ball is wonderful. I remember playing it a lot as a child. We play a lot of card games here too. Your guinea pigs will be loving all the attention (and they sunny weather). Best wishes, Sarah

Not sure if this survey was about myself or my mentally handicapped son.

Hi. It can be either (or both). It is very interesting to hear how people with a learning disability are getting on. Anything that you have found that helps may also help other families. It would be lovely to hear more.

This is a new page on the Mencap website. It includes a lot of information about staying busy. There are some planners on there too. Please have a look.
