Things we’re doing

So since the diagnosis of stage 4, and after he was almost completely debilitated.. we have done several things in an attempt to keep him healthy and to fight this from the inside out. Just wanted to share the things we do..

- only drinks water, nothing else.. only distilled as too keep all of the impurities out (as much as possible) no sugary drinks, soda, or juice.

- eats an extremely healthy diet, consisting of (for example; Ezekiel 4:9 cereal with fresh organic berries and a splash of almond unsweetened organic milk for breakfast) flax, hemp, and pumpkin seeds; plain unsweetened yogurt, organic vegetables (leaks, broccoli, asparagus, kale, carrots, sweet potatoes), if we add a meat it’s organic chicken and grass fed organic ground beef. Lots of garlic, onions, olive oil. Fruits such as apples, kiwis, grapes. If we make pasta, we use red lentil noodles. TONS of turmeric on anything he can. When we use spices, we avoid excessive sodium, avoid excessive sugar. (Everything is always organic.. a little more expensive but worth it)

- we put liquid oxygen (10 drops to every 8oz of water) twice a day

- he takes vitamin D 2,000 IU once a day, omega 3 200 mg once a day, and 3 mg of melatonin only at night

- we have started a CBD regimen; half a eye dropper of CBD before bed, (Charlottes Web brand) and with any breakthrough pain he has taken it during the day and it’s worked. We are trying it more for the seizures; but has had awesome benefits for pain as well

- he also drinks 3-5 cups of turmeric tea per day

- meditation once a day, for at least 10 minutes

- prayer (if that floats anyone’s boat)

And the new thing we are adding in a few days after our package gets here, will be essential oils with a diffuser. We have ordered frankincense, lavender, lemongrass, tea tree, peppermint, and cinnamon.. aromatherapy.

I really hope that this can maybe help someone.. but these are the things we’ve been doing on our own, I’ve had a lot of help, I didn’t just figure this out on my own.. a lot of help from wonderful people here, and of course google, medical journals, and personal experience from others.

Modern medicine and our oncology team are also keeping him alive.. Taf/Mek combo is what he’s on and it’s been super effective as of now. All of this combined, I believe, is what is keeping Ryan alive.. this almost killed him in a matter of 3 months. God is good. Love you all ❤️

Thanks everybody! The new scan has given us hope.. we want to do everything we can to help his body fight. He also enjoys all of this. This isn’t something he hates. He loves the food. He wants to live.

God is good, this sounds like you are doing a great job with a healthy diet. So happy for you, I too know what it feels like to be facing the the end, and then given hope🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 A few questions I am new to all this stuff. Can’t you take too much turmeric? That’s what I have heard. And the oxygen in the water what does that do? . We use PH 9.5 water. I didn’t think you could drink distilled water. My husband is on immunotherapy so sure he is getting lots of Vitamin D in there I believe. What does the Omega and melatonin do? And where do you get the red lentil pasta? Whole Foods, or Trader Joe’s? How does it taste? Sorry so many questions. I am so happy for you both. It is awesome news. Continued prayers sent your way

It is possible to take too much, but he doesn’t get TOO much in the teas, and he sprinkles the McCormick spice Turmeric on his vegetables every night. I have heard that cancer can’t survive in a highly oxygenated and alkaline environment. Cancer thrives on low blood flow and low oxygen, that’s it’s happy place. So we add some liquid oxygen to his water. I’ve been told to use PH strips for water as well. But we just decided to go for the distilled. As for omega 3, our palliative care doctor said to take that or incorporate actual fish in his diet. It helps with cardiovascular, nervous, and immune system heath. The melatonin actually has anti-cancer properties, along with many things in his diet. We get the red lentil noodles either from an organic market, or Safeway. Luckily Safeway has become a lot better with stocking shelves with organic choices. The palliative care doctor has been wonderful when it has come to changing his diet, they don’t just prescribe medicine, his is actually palliative care and integrative medicine all in one. We got lucky, usually it’s one or the other. If you have any questions please ask! I’d love to know what others are doing as well!!! ❤️❤️❤️
