Melanoma Caregivers

Do any of your "spots" or moles look like an "Ugly Duckling"?

So I hope by now that all of us as caregivers are familiar with using the ABCDE of melanoma screening when giving a look at our partner/ child and ourselves. Here is a recent small cohort study (0f 100) that trained folks in a different method: look at your spots against each other and find any "Ugly Ducklings". Then get a provider to look at the Ugly Ducklings for a full assessment by a dermatologist/ melanoma specialist.

I thought this was pretty cool as a skin check method.
