November is National Family Caregivers Month. Today I ran across this site: caregiveraction.org/resourc... that had a great infographic I thought I'd share.

There is also a Family Caregiver Toolbox on the site. Although this site focuses more on other medical conditions, some of the information is directly applicable to living with melanoma.

There is also a super detailed, step by step, look at what they call the PREPARE process. It looks at options for choosing/ asking someone to be a medical decision maker, what is important to you as a patient/ family member. Good videos and clear, easy to read support documents. If you follow through all the prompts, at the end there is a summary of your wishes and action plan document that prints out. This is not a legal advance directive.
