is everyone else not getting diagnosed or much treatment?
More recently I’ve been given co codamol (the lowest dose) and
mefenamic
acid
500mg but both didn’t do anything. My gp wouldn’t prescribe anything else and said I can’t have more naproxen cause I’m on the highest dose. I’m going to try the patch soon but I have to have the week break.

Severe bleeding and high blood pressure on Tibolone
I spoke to the nurse who said she couldn’t do anything but advised me to take Tranexamic and
Mefenamic
Acid
until the consultant comes back. I went to the GP on Tuesday because I’m also anaemic so the bleeding doesn’t help.

Severe Period Pains
She's been prescribed
Mefenamic
Acid
to take when pre- menstral but this relies on her having some warning symptoms first. Which has worked when she gets warning. However, Today, her period came suddenly & has severe pain from cramps, vomiting, loss of colour & shivering.

Pain Medication after Laparoscopy
Due to my other medical issues I can’t take any NSIADS including: ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, celecoxib,
mefenamic
acid
, etoricoxib & indomethacin. I normally take just cocodamol and rest when having bad flare ups. Along with expensive medical patches to sooth the areas.

I’m currently having investigations into Endo-sorry long post but need some advice or any reassurance:)
Then had to go again because not even a bit of improvement from that 3 day course, then another doctor gave me naproxen and dihydrocodeinone and after another appointment, changed the naproxen to
Mefenamic
acid

I'm unsure of what to do because no normal painkillers word and neither did the
mefenamic

or contraception.

What pain relief do you use?
Naproxen, paracetamol,
Mefenamic
acid
have done nothing for me. I'm currently on co-codamol 30/500 which is working but is saying my constipation to be worse than it is already. Does anyone use Amitriptyline? Thinking it might help with the nerve pain up and down my legs?

first lap - nothing found. Please help.
Hi, I’m new here (or I’ve been acting like a shadow for months, reading your stories & experiences and feeling a sense of support from you all without reaching out, so firstly thank you) I have had ongoing pelvic pain since 2021. Continuously. It started as a niggle in my right ovary. I noticed it

What do I do?
I’m currently prescribed diclofenic, codeine,
mefenamic
acid
and tranexamic acid to help with the pain. The last time I went to the gynaecology emergency room they had to give me morphine as nothing else helped. Last week I was admitted to hospital due to severe pain on my period.

Exhausted.
They had tried me on multiple different contraceptive pills, tranexamic
acid
and
mefenamic
acid
. Nothing helped the period pains. I had an ultrasound which revealed some growths on my ovaries, and that my bladder did not empty itself fully.

Fobbed off and fed up
My endo symptoms have got worse over the last couple of months, I have to push for the Dr to give prescription for naproxen and just been prescribed
mefenamic
acid
(new one for me to try) I know I had a nodule on my bowel and trace of endo on my bladder.

Doctor trying to scare me out of getting a laparoscopy
She referred me for an MRI, prescribed Tranexamic
acid
and
Mefenamic
Acid
, a blood test as I suffer with low iron and haemoglobin, and also gave me a examination. I then went back today for the results of my MRI and it was not a very nice experience.

Since I last posted six months ago, I have tapered down to 2.5mg a day. The occasional mild discomfort in my arm remains - to remind me that PMR has not gone away - but my quality of life is fine. I will continue with a very slow taper. A few weeks ago I had a bone density scan L1-L4 is 2.7 Hip is

Vitamins/supplement balance 2ww and TTC. SO CONFUSING!
How do you manage preparing for an IVF cycle with suplements if you are also trying naturally? I am in a 2ww and might be pregnant if you believe in miracles. I have been taking the list below before, but learnt this is too much and can be detrimental in a two week wait so swapped for a pregnancy

Can I stop taking Ibandronic Acid?
I have been on Ibandronic Acid for 2 years after 3 years of Alendronic Acid, making it a total of 5 years this year. The last time I spoke to my doctor she said that the Osteoporosis specialist said that as I was young, I am still only 56, that I could stay on Ibandronic Acid for 10 years. My last
