Hello Everyone! My name is David. I have suffered from chronic fatigue for many years. I have recently tested positive for Methan Dominant SIBO. I have started a herbal and lifestyle protocol to clear out the bacterial overgrowth and get my life back. Please feel free to follow my blog and monitor my progress. I will answer what I can and share the knowledge I have learnt over the years to help you find your root cause and how to start healing.

WOW! That is some work on your plan and journal.

I was advised to avoid Gluten and Dairy products and found it very helpful along with - and I advise EVERYONE who is not in a sunny place and has regular exposure to that sun - to try Vit D supplements, Vit D deficiency has been linked to a whole host of symptoms that mirror those of CFS.

I would also add I was diagnosed with IBS which resolved itself completely on going GF and DF, (I suspect Dairy is the real culprit there).

I was also advised to avoid fasting, (I used to fast 1 day a week), as we need the energy the food produces.

Best of luck with your plan.

Thanks for the support. I completely agree with gluten and dairy. I have avoided them for a long time. They don't give me problems anymore as my immune system has calmed to them. When I 1st cut out gluten I felt fantastic. But after a few months all my symptoms returned.

Having tested positive for sibo. I hope curing it will give me the fantastic feeling I got when 1st going gluten free. Will be a long journey as I likeli have leaky gut also. So will need to heal the wall of the digestive tract once sibo is cured

Regards

Dave
