Hey thank you! I smashed my PB by over 9 minutes! I felt so strong throughout and picked it up a lot in the last 3 miles. I am absolutely over the moon with it! Thank you kindly for the post! GTFC thank you especially too👌🏽

Still in a mess I am afraid. A stone too heavy, and swelling ankle and foot persists. I just can’t run. Following physio guidance but it is not solving the problem. Not sure what to do next! I re started swimming last week, so maybe that will help. I also started wearing some shoe inserts which give some arch support. Will give them a try on a short trot this week. 5 weeks since I ran!

I am very well thank you Tasha99, this morning I am taking a trip on the train to the place where I ran my graduation run in June 2018, however, today I'll just walk the route as I am will be wearing walking boots, not running shoes.

In a manner of speaking yes. My knee issue is sorted, but on New Year’s Day I broke my little toe. I am actually running as it’s got a lot better and I don’t actually use that toe so all good. Did my first 10k of the year today, but have definitely lost a lot of fitness. It’ll come back though
