So to report on progress after day two!!!
Even better!!! With a whopping 518km recorded, we've already achieved over a quarter of our 2020 km target - we're well ahead for the kilometre challenge. We are a little behind for the 2020 miles, having achieved just 15.6% of the distance - but it's definitely not out of reach yet!!!
There were some great distances yesterday with Boss1973 logging over 32 km!!! Amazing. I loved the blinged 2020 from cheekychipmunks and the strava art from Blackberrypie - time to GO 2020, but a reminder that there have been some highlights in this horrible year!

Having upset a local yesterday (taking photos of his house number), I plan to play it safe today with a simple, gentle walk! Hope you've got some exciting plans, but whatever you're doing - have FUN!!!

I was 3km away from the house when it started raining, so there was nothing for it but to carry on🙁☔️💦 I looked like the proverbial drowned rat 💦🐀 when I got back!🤣
Hi Linda, another 10k run from me (99k total running for December so far) not bad on 4hrs sleep. I can also give you 2k walk as I was out litter picking before my run. Thanks for organising this. A great way to finish 2020. Happy running everyone 🤗
Thank you, over the years I've learnt to ignore lack of sleep and just let adrenalin get me through the day, must say I'm pretty exhausted now so giving myself permission to read a book for a bit with a pot of tea🤣
Just back from a very wet and muddy 5.4K walk Linda. Most of our little roads are impassable in sections so I went as far as I could otherwise I’d need flippers 🏊♀️😂
We luckily came across three lovely ramblers who pointed us in the right direction, as the footpath looked as though it disappeared. Given they were the only people we saw all run and they appeared just at the moment we were running out of options, I feel the running gods were looking after us
Hi Linda, 4.25 km for me today, I haven’t run for a week and the whole bod felt like lead. Hey ho, I’m sure the hip will feel better tomorrow! Out with Dexy and UTS on Christmas Day so hopefully we’ll be able to add more to your total!
I totally forgot to log my distance yesterday! Yesterday was 6.6k between running and walking the dogs, plus today's 4.2k with the dogs make a a grand total of 10.8k 😃
Hi Linda, A crisp cold but dry day and me and Boss Jr went on another long walk both of us clocking up 8.5km. This challenge has got both of us enjoying the great outdoors.
A little late in the day but Mr B and I went on a nice 3km stroll through the woods at lunchtime. We followed the special festive Twelve Days of Christmas Trail to get us in the festive mood!
