A great day for a run

Met us (at a distance) with a friend from running club and we headed out with no set plan. 5 miles in we decided to do a route that would take us 8, 6 miles in we decided to add a bit on and let’s do 10!

10 miles later we did social distancing selfies, we laughed, we smiled and we ached!

I hope other people are still managing to run safe

I just did 6k this morning. I’m restricted to my local common which is the best place for me at the moment as it’s easy to stay at a safe distance. Hilly and exposed to the 💨💨💨 though, but who cares? We’re lucky to be able to get out aren’t we? 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

It was nice to get out and just feel normal for a few hours and the weather was perfect

I should have run today but did a 6k walk with Michael Buble and a Snickers bar instead! 😀

It was a beautiful day but the wind was SO strong and cold.
