At last! I found a mental breakthrough to maintain a nose breathing run. Definitely like Japanese jogging. There was a bit at the start where I couldn't keep up with someone in front of me who was walking.
So slow... And I don't feel like I've done a run.
Just a gentle (tourist) parkrun tomorrow and then a 10k trail race on Sunday! π

... and I am living proof that it works... !!!! PB today for me in my 10K.... 1 h. 4 m. 33 seconds!!! Snails rock... So you will be amazing in your 10K !!!!
Morning It's still a run though so well done for getting out there. I have done nothing since Alcester as my tendon has decided to remind me that i need to rest sometime. When i start again definitely following your good example and slowing down.
