I hope everyone who ran in an event this weekend is feeling OK today and resting well. I recommend taking a walk (or join Oldfloss for a short run if you feel inclined - go Floss!) to get those sore joints and muscles moving. Drink plenty of water, and eat loads of lovely food of course why not? You have a great excuse 😄
