My longest run yet, by just over 1km. Not intentionally I took 2 wrong turns. I intended to do 22.6k (14 miles), but ended up doing 23.7k (14.7 miles). Normally I do my long run on a Friday so I get 1 day rest before running on the Friday. But I didn't like the look of the weather for Friday, so I ran this Wednesday.
