So, yesterday I hit the road and completed 9.2 miles, it was hot, tough but I made it. I felt very emotional on the return home. I cannot believe I have been running less than and year and taking on a half marathon.
Anything is possible with hard-work and commitment. bring on Saturday, 13.1miles I am coming to get you!

You can! During training, I always calculate how long it would take me to finish a race, based on my latest long run and how long it would take to walk the rest. That way I always know it's possible.
I remember that feeling. I was both exited and nervous before my first HM in March. But you really can do it. You have done the training and you are ready. Don't get carried away, start slowly and find your own pace. Best of luck!
