Glad you are feeling better JJ. I am not well - no voice and breathing difficult. So no running I fear for me. It is driving me mad, as the weather is perfect for running... ๐Ÿ˜ข

Great to see you back in the swing of things Ju Ju. Hope you have a great time on the trail.

I've been finding my motivation slipping this week. Mainly due to having a lot of non running stuff going on. So I need to change things a bit to find the joy again.

The thing that I have "always" loved most about running is longish runs in new surroundings. So I've been studying maps and have planned a 16 km somewhere I've never run before as today's long run. Even bought a "changing robe" so I can get back into warm dry clothes without having to drive home first. Am just enjoying a late morning before I set off. I have high expectations.

The tourist run did the trick. It felt new and fresh and invigorating. Good workout for the legs, and great stimulation for the mind as well.

The changing robe was a mixed experience. For leggings it was great to get into nice dry clothes without being arrested for exhibitionism. But changing the top with an oversized thick poncho on was a bit tricky. Hopefully it'll be easier next time.

Just returned from my first ever 16k run and I am so exited. It was great. I thought I was going to have to run alone, but when I announced my distance and tempo in the club this morning, four others joined me and we had a great trip to areas of Copenhagen that I have never seen before - like you Tomas I really enjoy running in new places.

Have a lovely weekend everybody!

Champing at the bit, literally ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Once my teeth stop feeling weird I will be back out there tearing up the place

I have a race training plan with only crossed out runs on it so far. Sigh ๐ŸŽป

I managed to get out for a beautiful sunrise run yesterday. Tomorrow I expect to run about 11 km. I'll see if I can find the sunrise again. The colours are gorgeous!
