Intervals are obsolutely key to improving your running and should be done at leat once a week!
You can incorporate them into a longer run if you want by fartlek!

Similar to my stride length that ๐ค Handy for catching buses and ice cream vans. Bet she can't yodel though ๐ฎ

I try a hill session or an interval session every Monday. It's definitely helping the other runs seem easier ๐ฌ
