My calves were a bit tight after Monday's long run but otherwise I felt fine. I am amazed by how much the MyAsics programme seems to have built up my endurance 😊

I know! It does!! It can be tough though and I am finding it best to just do the distances set out but not following the "fast" instruction. Too many fast training runs had me knackered and injured before race day, so I'm being more restrained these days. Sort of saving myself for race day. I like to run slowly up hills as I think it's good for everything.

It's boiling over in Blighty! I was out on the street in the dark at 4.00 am with that da*ned dog and it was already very warm. I think it's too hot for the dog and he keeps waking me up wanting to go out. Grrrrrrrrr. I hope you have no such rude awakenings. Enjoy the rest of your holiday!

Lovely photo! i enjoyed the MyAsics programme too only used it once for a marathon. I did consider using it to see if would make me faster but i haven't bothered so far, maybe when the weather cools down.

Ooh, that looks lovely! Much better surface than the pot holes full of gravel that I run on!
