A hour at least - I can always find plenty to do... 😊😊😊

Aw I just voted in the bridge forum 😄

If I'm at work about seven minutes, need to get out and back to get on with things. If I'm at home I have the luxury of a few minutes more, but can't take any longer or I just run out of time!

What happened to 5-10 minutes? 'cos that's pretty much where I am.

Yep, me too... so decided to vote for "super-slick". If it's first thing (which it usually is), I am straight out of that door before I get a chance to change my mind and go back to bed :)

It does depend - for organised runs I'm always prepared do it will only take 5 mins, training runs with friends will often involve at least 2 cups of tea before we get out of the door....

If its the weekend then 'super slick' as I try to get a jump on myself talking me out of it. Weekdays a bit longer as I make my lunch before I go.

Me? Not generally too long - this morning I literally got out of bed, used the bathroom, and put running stuff on, then I was ready after my cup of tea (though I wasn’t where I needed to be). Getting the dogs ready, however, takes a little longer - especially if my daughter’s Beagle won’t come in from the garden 😑

5 minutes is usually enough time for me.

it takes between 5 and 5:30 to get coffee and prep, about 10 minutes to get ready to run, but since it's early in the morning I need some extra time to make sure I do not have to go back home :)

Anything between 1 minute and 10 hours :p Worse in the winter as I hate getting changed as cant really afford heating.

Depends if I count the time having a cup of tea first thing, over 30 if included as go back to bed with it and sometimes get engrossed in a book. Very dodgy really.

If you mean from getting out of bed, I'd have to say about two hours, but once I'm ready to out my kit on, it's probably about 25 mins, including going for a wee several times, just in case... I drink several buckets of tea when I get up...
