Manganese levels
The neurologist said this is what
manganese
does to the body and the brain. He also said diet is the key however, Maneese is in everything when I have googled it I’m trying to find a dietician as well, but could maybe help me, but no one seems to be trained enough to know what
manganese
is.

Combined supplements
Hi, does anyone have experience of taking a supplement that contains Vit D3, Vit K2, calcium, copper, magnesium,
manganese
, selenium, zinc and boron? It seems a nice option just taking one tablet a day, but is it actually more advisable to take things separately?

Calcium and other bone needs
Good thing is it has other goodies included like
manganese
and zinc. Tiny amounts of D3 and K2 but far too little to cover the requirements. There is a small amount of magnesium as well but I take magnesium chelate when I think of it.

New research links air pollution to Parkinson’s Disease
The Mississippi-Ohio River Valley was identified as a Parkinson’s disease hotspot, and here studies have identified heavy metals within PM2.5, including
manganese
and zinc linked to iron and steel manufacturing. P.S.

Has anyone tried Glucotrust capsules and is this product from Maximum Edge any good?
Its ingredients are gymnema silvestre, biotin,
manganese
, chromium, licorice root, cinnemon, juniper berries. You take a capsule at night and get a great sleep (apparently). It has great references from those it has helped reverse their blood sugar readings (of course it does!)

Besides the usual Vitamin D3, I’m taking BoneUp, which contains calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper,
manganese
, potassium, vitamin K2 and Boron. I’ve also added Melatonin. I visited an OsteoStrong gym but can’t afford the $179/month fee.

I hoped
Manganese
poisoning might explain the tremor. But the blood test says
manganese
levels are normal. Then I had the DAT scan.
