AF disappears for a month
I took
Malarone
while I was away. Could it have been a factor?

Anti-malaria tablets and heart meds
Does anyone have experience of taking
Malarone
(Atovaquone/Proguanil) together with the usual suite of post HA meds (Ticagrelor, Bisoprolol, Ramipril, Omeprazole, Atorvastatin)? I am headed for a malaria-risk region in a couple of weeks' time and would like to be sure there isn't any conflict.

Dr. Furman on Genomic testing and MRD Negativity- And I am off to Africa
I will take
Malarone
. Kenya does not require a yellow fever vaccine and risk is very very low and Typhoid can be given as a killed vaccine.

Which Malaria Tablets?
Before warfarin I took
Malarone
. I have been on warfarin since April this year. The pharmacist said there had been isolated contraindications with warfarin but it was not common so I could take
Malarone
. Everything I seem to read contradicts what the pharmacist says. Is it ok to take
Malarone
?

August's Blog - Anna's experience of travelling with lupus
I went to my GP, explained my medical situation and as such was recommended to take
Malarone
as an anti-malarial drug, at £3.00+ per tablet and going for 10 weeks meant it was an expensive option but definitely the best one.
