Can someone please recommend what type of
magnesium
to use for Etopics, PACs, PVCs? I tried
magnesium
taurate 500mg twice a day but haven’t noticed any difference at all. Also, if you can recommend a trusted brand, I would really appreciate that also. Thanks so much.

Could someone explain to me please, why
magnesium
supplementation is recommended? I read somewhere that testing for
magnesium
deficiency is both unreliable and uncommon. So how do we know we need it and if so, how much? Thanks.

Should

RBC Magnesium test (not Serum)
I am trying to find a home blood test for RBC
Magnesium
(as the serum test is inaccurate due to most of the
magnesium
being in your muscles and bones). I have read that too little
magnesium
may be connected to Afib. Does anyone know of a company in the UK that does this RBC
Magnesium
test?

Magnesium type
My friend said better to spray and take it trans-dermally but she's talking about
Magnesium
Chloride. Is that any good to take? I've only ever taken the Natural Calm brand...I have to say it does affect my stomach too !

Magnesium time! What does everyone do? So many choices - how to decide?
Magnesium
has been on my to-do list for a while and I think it’s time I get to it.

Magnesium and Lavender
I'd surmise that that may work well for those of you who don't take
Magnesium
, since RLS is known to be linked to
Magnesium
deficiency, which also tends to be common in chronic diseases.

I have read a few places that
magnesium
is a good element to take as a supplement. Does anyone have any recommendations for what type of supplement or
magnesium
compound/mixture is best? Any ideas most welcome.

Hi, I've seen a few posts on here saying about taking
magnesium
taurate supplements. Just wondering which one's are good to take as there are so many different one's. Also did you check first with your GP/cardiologist before taking? Thanks 😊

I know
magnesium
helps with RLS as I used to use a
magnesium
cream before being prescribed Pregabalin so thought I might take a supplement as extra insurance as well as its other benefits. But I don’t want it to interact with anything else.

been reading the benefits linked to AF for people taking this supplement. Has any one here here been a regular user and able to comment on any positive or negative experience of doing so?

Metallic taste in mouth from Magnesium?
Aside from daily propafenone tablets for my PAf, I do take
magnesium
(glycinate) supplement 2 times a day, 2 × 125mg so well below the maximum recommended dose. I've been taking them for a month now, but I'm wondering if
magnesium
is the reason for this strange 'burned tongue" taste.
