Confused on what’s going on with me

Hello I’m 30 years old... ok so I’ve been having eye issues for a few years now where my eyes would just go blurred when I had tonsillitis or could somtimes just go blurred for no reason but would get better I noticed I had a benign parotid tumor but I had this for about 8 years or so but one day it just swelled up and I think that’s when the macular hole started but the eye doctor says there’s no connection so for the past year I have been under the optimoligist where I was diagnosed with a full thickness macular hole in my right eye and optic atrophy in both eyes due to ocular inflammation and currently been registered as sight impaired now I’m stuck because the eye doctors haven’t explained anything to me or why this has happened if anyone else can give me any info I would be great full thank you.
