Hi there. I was at St Thomas hospital London on Friday and is I attend this hospital for my ocular hypertension and cateracts. All my other eye issues are looked after in Surrey.

Anyhow on Friday they said I have MGD ( a gland dysfunction) which causes dry eyes so I purchased a moist heat eye compress which goes in the microwave or oven I used it the first time yesterday and wow what a difference !! My eyes feel better already I really feel they are less dry and the heat has really helped to open up the glands so if anyone has dry eyes etc I really recommend this. I also have DMO, cateracts, ocular hypertension, double vision and ptosis and the dr said it was safe to use with all these issues.
