My diet/nutrition/lifestyle research review

Hello all,

As many of you know I have written a review of the evidence that I could find linking diet/nutrition/lifestyle to lupus symptoms.

The piece that I wrote for the Cambridgeshire LUPUS UK group is freely available on my website under FREE RESOURCES: vitalitywithin.com/nutrition/ The piece was written in a language that I hoped everyone would understand and find useful.

I have now decided to also offer the full paper on my website, it is around 50 pages long and fully scientifically referenced. It is written in a scientific language and took me around 6 months to complete. I thought it might be useful for people who are interested in nutrition and who want to show their doctors some of the references when asking about nutrition. It is not, under any circumstance, to be viewed as medical advice - it is just an information resource. This paper is not freely available, there is a charge attached. In the future I hope to write another document which is more patient friendly but I am unsure when this will be complete as I am now needing to find a source of stable income (I have been unable to find work since April).
