Blocked sewer dealt with but now the infernal water is frozen

I've enough on my plate without the sewer blocking but thank goodness for Billy, he managed to sort it with a long piece of Alkathene (plastic water pipe). Now yesterday the infernal water froze between the house and the well, so all this morning was spent with Billy (bless him) trying to sort out the water! Good news, we now have water in the house! So it was well worth Billy travelling 12 miles from the next village to sort it.

My hands have been in flare since Christmas my legs are failing, muscular and neurological and I am feeling particularly fed up. I don't know what to do to snap out of it.

As a result, I am going to have a hot shower (luxury), spag bol for dinner (homemade but of the 'ding' type) and an immesurable amount of chardonnay!
