what pain relief or anti inflamatories do you use, and which works best for you? i have tried cocodamol, coedine phosphate, diclofenac, ibuprofen and naproxen.

for me cocodamol and ibuprofen work well, naproxen dont work for me at all.

thanks mark.

TRAMADOL.......slow release

I found that these are the only things that worked for me.

Initially I was 100% pain free and it was life changing, to be honest now tho, after several years of being on them i find that I am so used to them that they have little or no effect, sadly

good luck tho xx

I prefer Celecoxib capsules 200mg.You take them once daily,i take mine at night as i find i get very stiff during the night plus they are also working well for my getting up in the morning. I also take Tramadol 50mg which you can take two four times a day,and paracetamol (same dose) but again i try to manage with these just at night. The Celecoxib is an anti-inflammatory which does not affect the stomach and you can take them twice daily to get the flare up under control.
