Yes it seems to help my rashes, & have also heard that drinking the juice is gut for IBS type symptoms & all round health. If you put aloe vera into the search box on this site, you will see there are lots of previous posts about this. Hope this helps. X

Hi - i drink the aloe vera juice but you must make sure it is the pure juice from the centre of the leaf and not the whole leaf as the outer skin is quite bitter and willl upset tummy more if you have a sensitive tummy or IBS symptoms. I find it helps with fatigue and also is great for my IBS.

I have a bunch of Aloe plants in the kitchen and use fresh leaves on my face and any sore/itchy bits.

Take on leave, pinch it off, roll it between your fingers and then squidge the goo out of it, apply to face and feel very good indeed. When it comes to remove the stuff, it will wash off clean with only water, use it as a moisturizer and after removing your skin will not feel dried out.

I also love to drink the good quality juice.
