morning my fellow lupies, sat in bed hoping the weather is gonna be kind to me today, am off to the races and wearing a dress and heels, which combined with cold weather is not good when you suffer from joint/hip pain :S

also woken with a headache (which can bugger off too lol)..cant remeber the last time i woke up feeling great, no pain, no fatigue, no rash..joys of sle i guess

hope this blog finds you all reasaonably well (or if not in good spirits)
