"Go that extra mile" walk on Sunday

Hi

I suffer with Lupus and Sjogren's syndrome and very grateful I have been able to keep fairly well with it. I along with many others are doing the sponsored walk on Sunday for Lupus UK . I have started 'training today' ...a bit late and worn out now but glad to be doing something to help those worse than myself.
