Results of my DEXA scan showed a T score of -1.83 on my spine with a comment of "significant risk of osteoporosis", but my GP said that no treatment is required as the body's "own" cortisol does not contribute to bone thinning.....!

have you tried the national osteoporsis help line they have specialist nurses who are very helpful when i was diagnosied with it.
