i have lupus scleroderma fibro etc

had a mini stroke a few weeks ago and now coming down with rhumertoid arthritis in neck,

but i am my husbands carer,

i just go day by day

my husband has dystonia caused by a medical blunder

he was given anti sickness medicine [ to much of it ]

after he had his 1st heart attack aged 36,

he also has arthritis and m.e and about 10 other things.

the thing with caring for someone it can wipe you out

every one needs a break or hobby my hobby is the comp.

i do put myself first at least once a day you have too or it becomes to much.

do you get a break?

ps dystonia is when the muscles work back to front. xnicky
