The postman has visited and collected the thousands of magazines that our fantastic volunteers packed into envelopes yesterday. If you’re a member, then you should be receiving yours soon.

The new issue of News & Views includes;

• A piece on Karen Fox, the lupus patient that created our new awareness poster

• Findings from the UK Juvenile SLE Cohort study

• An informative article on ‘Connective Tissue Disease and Overlap Syndromes’ by Prof Graham Hughes

• ‘Lupus and the Healing Sun’ by Oliver Gillie

• Stories and photos from lots of our fundraisers (including all our marathon runners)

• The latest news from National Office

• Reports from our regional support groups

• Plus LOADS more!

Another big thank you goes to everyone that contributed their stories and photos for this issue. We always need high quality photos for consideration. If you have some photos that you’d like to possibly see in the next issue then please email them to christine@lupusuk.org.uk

If you have any stories then you can write to ‘Dear News & Views’ (Unfortunately we can’t guarantee they will be published and we aren’t in a position to reply to these letters).

If you aren’t a member of LUPUS UK and would like to receive News & Views and all our other communications then you can join for just £10 a year. If you’d like to join online just click here - bit.ly/mrDyQu

Hi Paul,

Yes I got mine yesterday. It is a fab magazine and full of interesting ideas/articles. I particularly also loved all the useful organisations and their telephone numbers too. Thanks to Lupus UK and the hard work that goes on behind the scenes:)

Thanks mstr,

I've passed your message along to Christine, our publications editor. I'm sure she'll be thrilled to hear that you like the magazine. She works very hard to create it each time.
