Hi. I was diagnosed with sle a few years ago and just put on warfarin to deal with my clotting problems. I suffer from extreme tiredness, often falling asleep during the day. What other medications are out there? Thank you in advance for any help.

Chantelle, what are you on at the moment for your lupus?
Just the warfarin, although I've been switched to fragmin injections as I am pregnant. I know that in itself causes tiredness but I've been like this for years .

Due to being pregnant prob not to much you can take you should see my cocktail of drugs, I am also on wafrin, have been for over 10 years now, and always sleepy, besides I take plaqunil microphenlate atrovstain and pain killers feel like a junkie most of the time
plaqunil or hydroxychloroquine is very helpful for fatigue. good luck
