Does anyone have sore lips ? i have a small cut and my lips and under my mouth feel sore , i have no ulcers but sometimes have a dry mouth . Also i do itch various parts of my body but have no rashes !???

I have this also! I use l'occitane 100% pure shea butter for my lips and around my mouth and I have a saliva replacement spray you can get from the chemist it costs about £11 or you can get it from your gp. My skin is itchy also normally without a rash and I take a spoon or 2 of piriton medicine I find it better than the tablet form. Hope this helps. Good luck x x

Hi

I know when my skin is about to flare up, my lips hurt and then sores start to appear.

I have Elocon to keep my skin under control so I put this on my lips morning and night.

Not sure if you should do this, but it works for me. Within a few days my lips are much better.

Hi do you just have lupus ? i have been told i have both mild lupus and sjogrens syndrome and the symptoms of that is dryness , dry mouth, gritty dry eyes etc. plus the acheing muscles , tierdness etc, i take meloxicam which i believe is ment to help with the dryness . regards Deb

I have Fibromyalgia aswell ! my rheumy hasnt given me a 100% diagnosis of SLE yet ! but he thinks i have . Thanks , i thought it sounded more like Sjogres ( after reading up on it !) but i do get a weird feeling on my skin sometimes and some stinging although not ofen, so feel a bit confused at mo ! oh yeah , and 3rd time positive ANA . Do you get all these with sjogrens too !!!???? sorry for all the questions but am trying to learn as much as i can ! x
