Hi Has anyone had miconeedling facial ? Did they get on OK and not have any flare ups. I havnt seen my dermatologist for 8months so can't ask her. I have lupus Profundus

Hi I have my own kit to micro needle Is your face affected by your lupus profoundus?

If so I'd be cautious

Micro needle does leave red skin as it brings circulation upto skin level promo of healing I'd do test patch first.

If face not affected the beautician should do a consultation first.

Thanks for your reply. My nose broke out with a bad red rash during Covid outbreak. I was put on hydroxychloroquine 200mg and it has been fine since then. Don't want to trigger a flare up though....

Never caused me flare up I only do my cheeks not whole face my cheeks are in need it.

But I do myself not keen others touching my face

HiI will prob wait until I see my dermatologist and ask her. I would ask that they just do my cheeks and jaw line.
