Positive then Negative!

Hi I’m new here. Has anyone had a positive test then 12 weeks later a negative? Still being referred to rheumatologist as in chronic pain and Inflammation levels still high ! When they originally said I had lupus it answered so many questions and now I’m back to square one. Any advice ? Thanks
