Hello lovely people!

I have received this information which is new to me and I do not know the background of the author. Apart from wanting to sell his curative method, does anyone have an informed opinion or reference on what Jonathan Otto reports in relation to autoimmune diseases, please? According to him, these diseases are not lifelong and mold, parasites and metals toxicity, food intolerances contribute to their appearance, to a leaky gut and hormone imbalance; so diet and lifestyle can put an end to them.

Looking forward to knowing your opinions.

All the best.

Hi, I don't know much about him and am not sure about it putting an end to autoimmunity, but I've certainly found that food intolerances, diet and lifestyle were playing a part with me and I feel better for giving them a helping hand. Don't have Lupus but other AIs. You might find Tom O'Bryan's 'The Autoimmune Fix' worth a read perhaps, should you be so inclined. Best wishes

Thanks bookish , yes I think that when there is not so much damage and as a preventive treatment a personalised diet is fundamental.I have metals allergies and I am going to start a diet, I hope it helps with my symptoms.

It would be very helpful that all people diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder could have allergies/ intolerances/toxics testings and put on a nutricionist for their specifics needs. We need to know the root cause of this that in combination with our genes develop these diseases.

There is a lot of research going on concerning lupus and the gut. In fact, major research is going on not far from where I live. The doctors have made it clear that as yet there are no conclusions and that treatment is for the future.

There is one person here who underwent gut microbe tests and has changed diet under a doctor’s supervision. So stay tuned!

My opinion is that anyone touting a cure for lupus is a fraud and will only do harm by leading vulnerable sick people to believe in miracles.

Yes , I really into those researches, but there's not a natural treatment protocol in place to follow for preventing and reverse the situation when it is possible, just some preventing medicines that can have side effects when some symptoms are in place.

I really think it is like a slow cooking meal, you are adding inflammation to your body through the years with something toxic for your body, you also have a few genes depending which one you develop one or another, you have symptoms but no enough inflammation to develop antibodies, until one day how you continue with your same lifestyle you have antibodies and you are diagnosable, but it's a bit late because you already have damage.

You take more medicines but it's only improving symptoms not attacking the root cause.

I think it's a really interesting and important debate where funding is needed.

I am really focus on trying to figure out my root cause. It's the way that makes me feel better 😅

Yes, this is absolutely true (parasites being the root cause for MANY MANY ailments), and I follow Jonathan Otto as well! Another very knowledgeable doctor in alternative medicine is Dr. Bryan Ardis and you can find him on thedrArdisshow.com and Vokalnow.com. Subscribe to his podcast and look for the show called “It’s Not IBS, it’s not chrons disease…ITS…”

I just watched this a few hours ago, and let’s just say, my entire family is getting parasite tests (AKA poop kits) for Christmas this year! Haha. We all need this information DESPERATELY. And mainstream doctors are simply not educated in this area. They want to throw a drug at Al everything and not determine the ROOT CAUSE and it’s infuriating! So much needless suffering!

And to anyone who thinks autoimmune disorders are lent curable, I urge you to research and dig just a little. The information is everywhere, you just have to go somewhere besides a doctor in the corrupt medical system.
