We have been asked to share a survey with our community which is being conducted by researchers from the Rheumatology Department of the Medical University of Lodz, Poland. The project aims to assess whether a past medical history of respiratory tract infections or exposure to harmful environmental factors can contribute to the development of rheumatic diseases. The questionnaire is anonymous and no personally identifiable information will be collected.
