Every girl needs a wardrobe of clothes to choose from. 😉 They are lucky to have such a talented Mum. 😍👍🏻👍🏻 I’m not too bad thanks SV. A change/reduction in medications has vastly improved my bowel issues which has improved my quality of life 🙏🏻 and the dietician I spoke to yesterday has tweaked my diet which she wants me to try for a month. I was surprised and disappointed to hear she wants me to drop the inulin (which I know you take too) because I know of its benefits regarding cholesterol and reducing visceral fat. But she says it can irritate IBS. 🤷🏼‍♀️ If after the month I’ve no difference in my bowel function (which always verges towards constipation) I’ll be going back on it.😉 Other than severe fatigue lately, I’m not bad thanks SV. I’m so glad that your bowel issues are a lot better, you have such a good memory to remember I take inulin too 😂 but know if I take too much as can make you rather windy 😂 - hopefully your be able to go back on it xx
