Hi Folks hope everybody is having a good week - as some of you may remember I got engaged at Christmas and because of lockdown I was unable to get my ring sorted so Ian today has presented me with my beautiful ring - please excuse my swollen sausage fingers 😂🥰

Thanks Cecily yes it was a long time coming but worth it- I can’t stop looking at it - anyone would think I was a 22 yr old instead of a 52 year old 😂 how’s your nosebleeds now? Xx

Oh you have every right to be thrilled with it. I know that I would. A girl can never have too much bling. Hopefully you can soon go out and show it off. As for me after bleeding profusely at a respiratory appointment I was sent to the ENT registrar at A&E and my nose was cauterised in three places. No nosebleeds for the past two days but I look as if I have been in a boxing match and lost lol. It’s very sore and my face is very swollen but hopefully once I recover it will not start again. The ENT doctor said the lining of my nose was so dry it had split in three places so no amount of pinching or nasal ablations would have helped. I was so grateful to the respiratory nurse. She saw just how much blood I was losing and failed to stop it. She was horrified that I had called my GP three times for help and was refused to be seen, even worse that this has gone on for 8 days and I was told it was probably anxiety driven. If it had not been for her I would still be bleeding. The Doctor thinks it was Bechets causing it. I am more inclined to think it might be Sjogrens as my eyes, mouth, skin, hair, nails are all extremely dry. Who knows? I am just relieved that they have stopped. Thanks for asking xxx

I’m so glad your nosebleeds have stopped, it sounds very painful , hopefully your nose won’t be swollen for long and your be looking your beautiful self again soon xx
